Everything from start to finish about this experience was amazing. - Gavin was a kind and knowledgeable server that made our experience above and beyond. Request him! - I highly recommend the jerk shrimp tacos—that’s what both of us got. - I didn’t think I’d be into the key lime pie, but Gavin convinced me otherwise and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the owners mom’s personal recipe. - The chocolate cake satisfied us, too. - The strawberry lemonade was to die for! - My only complaint is that the mocktail I tried had way too much simple syrup in it. But hey, maybe other people like it that way.
The food and service were amazing! Ashley was our server and she was awesome! This was our first visit and she was super sweet and welcoming. We wanted for nothing. The inside of the restaurant was clean and cute, but it got super loud super quickly when other customers started arriving. Other than that, this was wonderful!
Came to this place as it was opening. The atmosphere is fantastic. We sat upstairs . They have an outside but it was too windy for us to try. The decor is amazing and I spent so much just looking at the details. Reminds me of the beach side bars of my coastal vacation. The service was amazing and the food was amazing. The server was very kind and helpful. They were able to answer all our questions with hesitation. Thank you. The food was very flavorful and tasted amazing! I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile I'm glad I finally got time.
The food was absolutely incredible. I got the ahi tuna bowl. It was light and delicious. My partner got the spicy mango chicken sandwich and said it was amazing. The fries were so good, I kept stealing them from him. Best dipped in the jerk sauce mixed with ketchup. We had the plantains and ice cream for desert and it was amazing. We were already full and just wanted to try it but ended up eating the entire plate. Good size portions and just amazing food. So glad to have a restaurant like this in Springfield. Will be coming back.
Everything was delicious, and service was spectacular. I was asking my daughter if they had Bahama mamas on the menu and they didn't, but the waitress overheard me and said, "hey, the bartender can make that for you", and he did, and it was just like the ones I had in the actual bahamas. The Ahi tuna bowel was decadent! My daughter had the mango habenero chicken bowel, and she was very pleased. Son-in-law had the cubano, and it was really delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Decor fun, too.
Date night fancy but relaxed enough for an everyday meal. Great tasting food and drinks. Really nice patio and balcony. service was excellent and I left full and happy.
First time visit to try Palm and Paddle. Service was awesome! Never had an empty water glass. We had the coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi apps and they were amazing!! I had the ahi tuna bowl for supper and it was sooo good. Perfectly cooked and loved the items in the bowl with it. Fresh healthy option! Giving 4 stars in atmosphere only because the heater wasn’t keeping up. I wore my jacket and my toes were freezing by the end of the meal.
